Human Resources Manager
My client seeks an HR Manager who will serve as a pivotal connector and problem-solver across HR and business functions. In this role, you’ll act as an advocate for employees and a strategic advisor to management, leveraging your HR expertise to enhance business performance and culture.

Responsibilities:
- Create and document streamlined HR processes and manage HRIS data entries
- Coordinate onboarding, payroll setup, and final paycheck processing in partnership with Payroll
- Process insurance claims and employee terminations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Maintain precise employee records and update documents as needed
- Serve as an HR consultant, supporting management with performance management processes and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years HR Management experience required
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly TriNet, is highly beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data management
- Skilled in building relationships and providing strategic HR advice
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
